The community spaces are free of charge for all SPLACE tenants. These include the gym, lounge and workspace as well as the rooftop terrace. Features such as the service box for uncomplicated sending and receiving, a cellar room and the cleaning service round off the offer.
So enjoy your evening at the fireplace, network with other neighbours over a sundowner on the roof and enjoy your uncomplicatedly kept, clean flat at any time.

Working and living is digital. Therefore, free high-speed internet via Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. For exquisite media enjoyment, our flats include Bluetooth® sound systems from Bang & Olufsen, smart TVs and complementary QI charging pads.

Intelligent building technology according to the latest technical and energy standards makes your stay at SPLACE particularly sustainable. SPLACE has its own photovoltaic system, whose green electricity you can use for your electric vehicle or in the building. The building services are also planned in a fundamentally resource-saving way. The digital locking system offers you flexibility and security. For a smooth living experience, SPLACE is, of course, equipped with barrier-free access and a lift.
